2002 and 2007 used shapiro factor shapiro=3.0e-3
2003 used shapiro factor shapiro=3.0e-2
2002_stest used shapiro factor shapiro=3.0e-2
2003_energetics used shapiro factor shapiro=3.0e-3 and only ran for january and july (july run starts on day 165)
2007_energetics used shapiro factor shapiro=3.0e-3 and only ran for january and july 
steady_state used shapiro factor shapiro=3.0e-3 and only ran for january and july
2003_dipole used shapiro factor shapiro=3.0e-3 and only ran for january. It is run in
  response to reviewer's comments that if it is a pue aligned dipole, would longitudinal
  variations disappear.
