Changes on the CISL disk system:

Paths apply equally on all supercomputers, including bluefire 
and the DASG machines (mirage0, etc).

New TGCMROOT = /hao/tgcm     (same as /glade/proj2/hao/tgcm)

Old TGCMROOT = /fis/hao/tgcm (same as /glade/proj2/fis/hao/tgcm)
  (CISL will eventually be eliminating the /fis path)

TGCMDATA = /hao/tgcm/data (no change)
  e.g., /hao/tgcm/data/tiegcm1.94
