Help for the UT vs PRESSURE window of the utproc application.

This window of the utproc application is displayed when the 
"Plot ut vs pressure" button at the bottom of the main window 
is activated.

This window (together with the main window) enables the user 
to set up and make contours from a series of TGCM history files, 
with time on the x-axis and pressure on the y-axis. While this 
window is displayed, you can continue to interact with the main 
utproc window to change start/end times, fields, and output device.

Selecting locations:

Use the "Select latitudes" and "Select longitudes" list widgets
to select grid locations at which to make contours. There is a
default list of five locations. A location consists of a lat,lon
pair. Currently selected locations are displayed in a non-editable
text widget adjacent to the lat,lon lists.

To select a location, you must select a single latitude and a
corresponding longitude before the location is added to the selected 
list.  When a latitude is selected, the latitude list widget is 
desensitized (encouraging you to select the corresponding longitude), 
and vice-versa. 

Use the "Clear selected locations" button to remove (deselect) the 
current locations, or use the "Set default locations" to restore the 
default list of five locations.

Selecting top and bottom pressure levels:

Use the "Select bottom level" and "Select top level" list widgets
to select the range of pressures for the y-axis. The default bottom
pressure level is the first element of the levels coordinate array 
(i.e., the bottom boundary) on the files. The default top level is the
second from the top level (some fields have "missing data" in the top
level). The selected bottom level must be below (less than) the selected 
top level.

Buttons at the bottom of the UT vs PRESSURE window:

"CANCEL"
This closes the UT vs PRESSURE window. You can also use the close
window icon in the upper right corner.

"Make Ut vs Pressure Plots"
Activating this button instructs the application to read the selected fields
and generate a series of contour plots using the selected parameters. 
The plots are output to either the X display or the PS file, as selected 
in the main window.

"Help"
Displays this help message.
