tgcmproc_f90/trunk/build:
 - Was having trouble building the processor on hao desktops
   (undefined refs to lib gfortran, etc). Finally, Mary Haley
   sent me a copy of ncarg 6.0.0 from yellowstone, which worked
   at hao. For now, I have put the lib in /hao/aim/foster/ncarg/lib.
