Hi tiegcm dev group:

Astrid and Art have modified lamdas and joule heating in
the tiegcm1.8 tuning model ($TGCMROOT/dev/tiegcm1.8).

We have saved this code as CVS tag tiegcm1-8tune1.
This model is in $TGCMROOT/dev/tiegcm1-8tune1, and can
be accessed by setting the following in the job script:

 set model       = tiegcm1-8tune1
 set tgcmroot    = $TGCMROOT/dev

These 4 files were modified:
  dynamics.F, fields.F, lamdas.F, qjoule.F

The source may also be checked out from CVS with the
following command, issued from an hao workstation: 

cvs checkout -r tiegcm1-8tune1

The formal release of tiegcm1.8 will be built on this
tuning release.
