Ray: I have set up the mksrc job for you in the directory ~roble/tgcm/mksrc. This is the interpolation code to higher resolutions for tiegcm histories. Read the comments in mksrc.inp. To submit to dataproc use mksrc.job. I am still working on the IBM job script, so don't use ibm.job yet. This code will also run on the local Sun workstation, but I can show you how to do that later if you want. I have run tgcm15 at 2.5h and 0.25v for an hour with a source made with mksrc (equinox case). I have run this from your account on both dataproc and babyblue, writing the new history to /ROBLE/tgcm15_2.5h_0.25v/peqsm42.nc. You might want to rerun mksrc to write to a different file. As I mentioned before, the code is not really generic, but will work for making a 2.5 deg lat x lon from 5.0 deg, and/or 0.25 dzp from 0.5. For now, this is tested only with tiegcm histories. Later I will make sure it works for timegcm histories. Also, I have tested mksrc with only one history to interpolate per run. --Ben
