I have put the new qrj.f and euvac.f in ~roble/tgcm/tgcm13mt/modsrc.kibo.
The old files are saved as qrj.save and euvac.save. Basically, the
assignments for SIGOP2P, SIGOP2D and SIGOP4S were taken from euvac
and put into init_sigmas before the SIGMAS/SIGEUV assignments (16-52). 
This only needs to be done once per run (init_sigmas is called from
start).

The remaining part of euvac, calculation of EUVFLX, I have left in
euvac, which is still called from init_sflux, once per time step.
I think it should be left there because f107, f107a may change with
time.  

So go ahead and try the tgcm13mt run again -- use ncpus=12 as before,
and let me know if it looks right this time.
