It ran ok for 3 4-min time steps (using fixed t and z boundaries
from the maflx). I have not done any more
testing, and have not looked at plots at all. The mods are
in ~foster/timesgcm/flxbnd, and are named timesgcm.flxbnd.mods
and timesgcm.flxbnd.mods1. Copy these two files to your times
dir. I don't think you have to make any changes to the run script 
(timesgcm.nmc), so just copy it to timesgcm.flxbnd, set up the run,
and submit with "modjob timesgcm.flxbnd".

I think it will be ok. You should get a statement in the listing
near the beginning like this:
