The problem is that there are two versions of DISPTP floating
around, one is the unchanged one in tgcm17 and tgcm18, the
other is the replacement routine that is in some of your
mod decks (e.g. timesgcm.nmc.mods, and most of the tgcm18
mod decks). The unchanged version copies HISTCPY to a SCRHST
file, but the new one does not. Therefore, my little mod
for the dispose call needs to distinguish these two cases.

I think I'll wait and talk with Cicely about this this afternoon
before making changes, so do not resubmit yet. I think we
should do an update to tgcm19 and tgcm20 soon to clear up
these problems.
