Ray:

I rebuilt the i/o and secondary history mods for the nmc case,
and it appears to work ok. I wrote histories 278,0,0 through
278,6,0 to /ROBLE/RGR95/TSDAL25. I have tgcmproc acquiring it now, 
but mss seems very slow. 

If you want to try it (i.e., rewrite the TSDAL25 secondary histories), 
just resubmit nmc.test from your times dir. The file nmc.test.mods 
is new (I saved the original as nmc.test.mods.orig). There are no 
changes to nmc.test.mods1 or nmc.test.
