I have run the timesloc processor for the locations you sent for
the study with Ed Scz... The plots are in 
/sting/d/foster/timesloc/tseqdx.cgm, and a list of the frame
numbers is in tseqdx.list. The fields were bilinearly interpolated
to the desired lat,lon (so its not just nearest grid point).
I will send off for fiche of these plots.

Re the Townsville study, there is still code in ~roble/pltowns from
spring 1991. I thought this was for a study with Gonzalo because 
it has doppler calculations, but there is also calculation of
ion drifts using un and vn, and the efield routine. Let me know if
you need me to resurrect this code. It will take some work since
its so old, but I think I still have most of the code it depends
on.
