Ray:

I looked at the TSDYN2 0,0,9 history and the problem is
that o2+ goes negative at k=44 so the processor is dying 
trying to log extrapolate the upper boundary. (was it
o2+ you pointed out a negative upper boundary in the
plots of the 0,0,6 history?). 
 
The 0,0,6 history still
runs ok, with apparently no negative values of o2+ coming
out of the history (I guess an extrapolation of positive
values could still make a negative upper boundary that 
would show on the vertical slices)

Relevant output listings are in
/sting/d/foster/timesproc/o2p.006.out and o2p.009.out 
(the former is a large file)
