Ok, I've made the runs and put 5 files in /pub/foster
on hao.hao.ucar.edu. They are:

-rw-rw-r--   1 foster   tgcm     1407099 Aug 23 12:34 tseydrx.ut15-19.tar.Z
-rw-rw-r--   1 foster   tgcm     1409752 Aug 23 12:35 tseydrx.ut20-24.tar.Z
-rw-rw-r--   1 foster   tgcm     1409157 Aug 23 12:32 tseydrx.ut5-9.tar.Z

Each one contains the 5 ut's indicated. I don't know why the compressed
tar files are different length, but if you uncompress and untar them
the resulting data files should all be equal length (1040886 bytes). Let 
me know when you've picked them up.
