Rosemary:

I would like to get a new scd login for Alkim Akyurtlu.
I have been providing her with tgcm data and now need
her to access it directly using scd machines.

I think the EL Cluster would be best overall, but since
it is being overhauled for Pauite, maybe we should start
on shavano. I think this time I will not get her an hao
account right away and let her submit jobs via irje (if
that's still the way for "outsiders" to submit jobs these
