I've heard our joint project account 28103032 allocation for the year
has already been depleted. Should we move our active university users
over to another project of Roble's?  So far I've only heard from one
outside user, Amy Balok (login balok) who needs to be put on a
different project. What do you recommend?

Last July you sent me a report of Roble's projects and users, which
started out as follows:

ROBLE PROJECTS AND ASSOCIATED USERS
      AS OF JULY 18, 1995

(Balok was listed under the 28103032 project in that report). Maybe
you could do another report for current usage and we could decide
