I have put a data file on ftp.hao.ucar.edu in the directory
/pub/foster/conde. However, I believe that ncar is currently
testing a new security model which may give you trouble.
Try getting it the usual way first.

Since you have a login on cedar, you should soon be receiving
a gatekeeper password soon if not already. When you get that
you should be able to ftp to gate.ucar.edu.

If you have problems with this, let me know and I'll try to
put the file on the web or get it to you some other way.

In any case, its an ascii file you can read w/ the fortran
program you sent in your previous msg. There are 75 "frames",
t,u,v for each of 25 ut's, i.e., hourly for 1 day. Each
frame is global gridded data dimensioned 73x36 (lon x lat) at
240 km.  The conditions for this run were:
