I have run the post-model processor on the tiegcm run that 
Ray recommended. The file is teesndx_tuv.dat, and is in the
dir /pub/foster on the machine hao.hao.ucar.edu. You can
get it via anonymous ftp.

This is ascii data on the global tiegcm grid with 51 "frames": 
tn,un,vn for each ut from 2 to 18. All at 250km. You should
be able to use rdascii.pro to read this, as before.
