I. Post-processing

-- Make a netcdf browser or visualizer available on hao Suns, e.g.,
   ncview, ncbrowse. Should be able to manipulate netcdf history
   files as well as visualization. LAS server is another option.

-- Improve netcdf output from tgcmproc, i.e., conversion of old
   cray-blocked files to netcdf file that can be used to start
   the model. Also netcdf "subset" files, e.g., slices and selected
   fields.

-- Port tgcmproc to hao Sun's. Continue with single-source, adding
   pre-proc conditionals where necessary.

-- 3-d vis, e.g., vis5d (Tim Scheitlin at vislab)
