I'm not sure about the 5 Mb allocation -- if this is more than
a default amount, the default amount will be ok. I don't think
he needs 5 Mb.

Regular cedar login environment:

1)  Put the following in their .cshrc files:

2)  Make a .forward file with their e-mail address in it  (see above)

3)  Give them a directory on /d/

And these extra for CRAY access:
4)  Give them a /ntwk/ directory for any CRAY jobs

5)  Give them MIGS access

Ken: I have already contacted Rosemary Mitchell about a shavano
     account -- I told her we would use the login "hernandez".

6)  Give them a login on shavano.  (Make sure their login on cedar is the
same as their login on shavano.  If they chose a name already used, use
another login name.)
