I've made the data files for the full year coupled run.
There are 2 files on hao.ucar.edu in the directory /pub/foster/gonz:

I should mention again that there are 2 "data gaps": 49,10-11,0
(day,hr,min), and 339,5-23,0. These gaps exist between files, not
within.  Otherwise they should be complete, w/ last point of each 
file duplicated as the 1st point in the following file (with the 
exception of the data gaps). As compressed files, I think you need
to get them w/ ftp in binary mode. Let me know when you get the
