Ray's runs of tgcm24 were made from ~roble/timegcm/tgcm24
with tgcm24ibm.diagd.job and tgcm24.diag.inp.
Mods in modsrc.diag saved O21S from cmpmeta.F and
XLO from cmpox.F.

10/23/01:
Paul says O1 f(NPO1K) should be used instead of OX f(NPS2K)
in eo200 and XLO calculations. Also, he would prefer XNO21S 
in CM3 rather than MMR. Am rerunning the equinox case with
