Huang:

I am attaching a script to run tiegcm (tgcm12) called "tgcm12.job", and 
an input file "tgcm12.inp". Put these files in a subdirectory under
your home called "tgcm12". You can submit this script to a cray machine
using the command "submit tgcm12.job" (assuming you have $TGCMROOT env
var set -- it you don't, set it in your ~/.cshrc file as in ~foster/.cshrc)

I will also attach a script to run the post-processor, tgcmproc.job,
(its inputs are contained in the script).  Put this in a subdir 
 ~/tgcmproc, and also use "submit tgcmproc.job" to submit this job. 

You should read the documentation in $TGCMROOT/doc, and 
$TGCMROOT/tgcmproc.

HOWEVER, you will not be able to run either model or post-processor
until you get an scd account (on the crays, etc). I have requested
this for you from hao sys admin -- they will probably notify you
when its ready. Let me know when your account is ready and we can
get you set up to submit these jobs.
