RGR96/TSCIR04	30,17,0 -> 30,20,0 every hour
RGR96/TSCIR05	30,21,0 -> 31,00,0 every hour
RGR96/TSCIR06	31,01,0 -> 31,04,0 every hour
RGR96/TSCIR07	31,05,0 -> 31,08,0 every hour
RGR96/TSCIR08	31,09,0 -> 31,12,0 every hour

I will run modelproc for you to get the NO and CO2 cooling
rates. You might want to rerun the tgcmproc case that I
just sent you, but use these full histories rather than
the secondary histories. That would be best for comparison
with the NO cooling data. Below is the script I used for
the 6 cases I just sent you. Adapt it to use the above volumes,
change the sendps, senddat, etc. and rerun it if you want.
