I have put an ascii data file on anonymous ftp 
on the machine hao.hao.ucar.edu (the sting machine is
begin decommisioned). The directory is  pub/foster, the
file tspir1.vert.dat. The file contains data for 5 vertical 
profiles taken from /ROBLE/RGR93/TSPIR1 (0:15:30, i.e., 
ut=15.5), at the grid point lat,lon=62.5,-145:

Frame 1: tn  (deg k)          30-389 km
Frame 2: co2 (cm-3)           30-389 km
Frame 3: o1  (cm-3)           34-389 km
Frame 4: co2 (cm-3 mix ratio) 30-389 km
Frame 5: o1  (cm-3 mix ratio) 34-389 km

There is a value at every kilometer. The heights are
given at each frame, followed by the data. I think
you've seen this ascii format before. The o1 starts
at 34 km rather than 30 km because it went negative
at the bottom (zp = -17) at this location. I do an
exponential interpolation to height for denstities,
so had to skip the negative values. 389 km was the
top of the model at this location for this run.
