As per your request of Jan 7, I have put 4 files on anonymous 
ftp hao.hao.ucar.edu /pub/foster.
These are all from the same history as before, i.e.,
/ROBLE/RGR93/TSPIR1 (0,15,30, i.e., ut 15.5). The files are
as follows:

tspir1.150-300.cm3.dat  150-300,5km  (number densities)
tspir1.150-300.vmr.dat  150-300,5km  (volume mixing ratios)
tspir1.50-150.cm3.dat    50-150,2km  (number densities)
tspir1.50-150.vmr.dat    50-150,2km  (volume mixing ratios)

The 50-150km files contain tn,n2,o2,o,co2,h,no,o3,oh,co,h2o,ch4.
The 150-300 km files are the same, except without tn. No log10
have been taken in any of the data.

Let me know if this is ok. They are pretty easy to make.
