Ok, I plotted up both frames and put two single-frame files
on hao.hao.ucar.edu /pub/foster. The files are no_zp.ps
(pressure on y-axis), and no_ht.ps (height on y-axis).

I plotted log10(no) -- its not very interesting without
the logs. The x-axis is not quite accurate -- it is actually
-87.5 to +87.5 rather than -90 to +90. Note missing contours
at the bottom (left) of both plots. This is either because of
negative NO (a known problem), or in the case of the height
plot, the model may not reach down quite to 30km at those
locations (see 1.e36 special values in the ascii file).
