Results from two more timegcm1.2 runs are now available:

The .nc and .ps files are in download.ucar.edu/pub/foster/mendillo, 
subdirectories timegcm1.2_sy2d and timegcm1.2_sy2e. The "D" run is
a base case (no ncep or gpi). The "E" run has NCEP lbc, but no GPI.
Both runs are at 5x5 degree resolution (unlike the timegcm1.3 runs,
which are 2.5 degrees).

According to your table, the D and E runs are analogous to the "T" 
and "U" runs of April, 2006. The differences are in the tuning Ray 
has done since then..

Note there is an nc file in each directory (about 23 MB) that is the 
concatenation of the 30-day files into a single file for the year.
These are timegcm1.2_sy2d.nc and timegcm1.2_sy2e.nc. There's also
an .ncd ncdump file for each.
