joint account, and the need to authorize Marty Mlynczak
(login martym) on another project. Marty is an affiliate
scientist working under Ray Roble.

Could you please authorize Marty under the hao project
28100036 ("Thermospheric Dynamics") for community machines.
Marty's phone number is 757-864-5695 (NASA Langley). He will
be returning to the office at this number about Tuesday of
next week.
