To: roble, hagan, tamaras, fesen Subject: tgcm24rh files on /hao Ray, Maura, Tamara, Cassandra: I renamed files /hao/tgcm/tgcm24rh/sy2v/sy2vxxx.nc to /hao/tgcm/tgcm24rh/sy2v/ROBLE.tgcm24rh.sy2vxxx.nc, to be consistent w/ the other directories, and so tgcmproc.inp files can be consistent. I've also made 2 new directories containing links to files from both runs. These dirs can be used for making tgcmproc difference fields: /hao/tgcm/tgcm24rh/py2n-py2v (all primaries from both runs) /hao/tgcm/tgcm24rh/sy2n-sy2v (all secondaries from both runs) These are links of course, so they don't use any additional space on the disk. The /hao disk is 97% full, however, so we need to watch it, and delete unneeded files. We need to save enough disk space for plot files, etc. You can run tgcmproc using the above dirs as tmpdir, and the processor will make links for you in the directory that tgcmproc is running.
