Peter:

I would like to request that a Sun workstation be reserved 
for use by the student assitant which Ray and I plan to hire 
this fall. This would probably be an IPX.

The exact hire date is unknown, as we are currently waiting for 
H.R. to get the ads out, but we hope the student can start in 
October at the latest.

To reiterate our conversation this morning, we would like to
order the following with Ray's year-end money (note the new
Sparc 5 is for Ray, with his current one being transferred
to the new cedar/gem lab).

One Sparc 5 (latest model, for Ray)
  (Ray's current sparc 5 and its 2Gb disk can be moved to the 
   new cedar lab, rm 3063, when it is set up)

One Andataco 2Gb disk for the above new sparc5.

Two more Andataco 2Gb disks, one each for Ray and me.
  (so we will each have 2 of the Andataco 2Gb disks)

Home Mac upgrades (I will give you specifics later).
