With this file (README.tiegcm), you'll find a "tar" file with all images
of the TIEGCM/IRI/ATLAS DATA comparisons done thus far.  All images are
in "gif" format.  Once the file "TIEGCMgifs.tar" has been untared, you'll
note there are 32 GIF files.  The nomenclature of the files are as follows:

      TIEGCMvsAVG_pppp_UTxx.gif
      TIEGCMvsDAY_pppp_UTxx.gif
      TIEGCMvsIRI_pppp_UTxx.gif
      IRIvsAVG_pppp_UTxx.gif

where "pppp" is either "foF2" or "hmF2", and "xx" is "03", "06", "09", or
"12" ("pppp" refers to the parameter displayed and "xx" refers to the
universal time used).

The TIEGCM files used in this analysis were taken from the "m92_27" set
(March 27, 1992).  The TIEGCM results were compared against the "AVG"
raw data (3/24/92->4/4/92), a day of raw data (3/27/92), and the IRI.

Also included are the comparisons of the IRI and the AVG raw data.
